If you look at Anna's publicity shots, you'll see that she never smiles. Perhaps she has a complex about it, which is a real pity as she has a great smile.
it may be that she only smiles when she feels like smiling — unlike the pile of fake, toothy shots from most people. yep, she's a beauty.
